The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005(section 25) specifies that employees are entitled to select at least one individual as a Safety Representative to make representation to management with regard to Health and Safety in the workplace . This course has been designed by experienced cross sectional consultants to enable participants gain good knowledge to be able to perform their role as safety representatives in any industry. The course content meets the HSA guidelines for Health and Safety representatives and Safety Consultation Guidelines (published in 2006)
